Congestion Relief Blend This blend is designed to assist with congestion and trouble breathing. It includes spearmint (Mentha spicata), fir needle (Abies sibirica), rosalina (Melaleuca ericifolia), and cypress (Cupressus sempervirens) inside of fractionated coconut oil, while the 30ml spray is formulated with unscented witch hazel.
 
Shelf Life: 1 year. For optimal longevity, store in a cool, dark place away from heat sources. The inhaler will last at least two months if stored correctly (cap tightly closed and kept in a cool, dark place), though its scent may diminish over time.
 
-For Babies (6 months & under):  Essential oils are not recommended. Use clear breathing spray, available in the shop. For postpartum moms, inhaler applications are suitable as the scent is not detectable to the baby.
 
-For Children (6 months to 2 years): Use the spray variant. Apply to areas such as pajamas, pillows, or bedding—avoid saturating the area.
 
- For Ages 2 and Up: The roller is appropriate. Apply to the chest, under the nose, or behind the ears. Adults and older children can also roll it onto their palms, cup over their nose (avoiding eyes), and inhale deeply 5-6 times. For younger children, apply to wrists and instruct them to inhale deeply and slowly 5-6 times.
 
Inhaler Use:Suitable for children around 5-6 years old who can follow instructions. Place the inhaler near (not inside) the nose, close the other nostril, and inhale deeply and slowly while counting to 5. Switch nostrils and repeat. Close the cap tightly and store in a cool, dark place. Proper storage can extend the inhaler's effectiveness up to three months.
 
Precautions:- No known allergy warnings with the essential oils. Safe for nursing and pregnant mothers.
