PRECAUTIONS ON BLEND: Not for those with ragweed allergies

SHELF LIFE: 11 months. You want to make sure you are storing your products correctly to achieve this shelf life. Please store in a cool/dark place and away from heat sources that can degrade the oil. The inhaler will last at least two months if you are storing it correctly (closing the cap tightly/storing in a cool and dark place) but will over the months loose its scent.

HOW TO USE
Apply to chest/dot under the nose and behind ears. Adults & older kids can roll to the palm of hands and cup over your nose [avoiding your eyes] and inhale deeply and slowly 5-6 times. For children, apply to their wrists and do this same method and instruct them to inhale deeply and slowly 5-6 times. To get the full benefits of this blend, you will need to be able to inhale the product (as with all essential oils).
