Cold & Cough is aimed to support respiratory health, coughs & sore throats. It is useful to help encourage productive coughing to help remove congestion. It is aimed to help loosen and clear mucus.
It's carefully blended with herbs of wildcrafted mullein Leaf, organic Marshmallow Leaf, organic dandelion Leaf & organic lemon Balm & rose herbs in a vodka base *OR* a sweet vegetable glycerine/distilled water base.
This is a 1 ounce bottle.
How to use and shelf life?: When sick you can repeat the use 1-3 times a day. It is recommended if you have tincture version to place it in water.
Ages 2-5 years old (5 drops),
Ages 8-12 (10 drops),
Ages 12+ (20 drops).
Tincture: Keep in mind this is a vodka base. It is a super small amount inside water or juice. Tinctures will keep many years if you keep it in a cool/dark place. Glycerites expire in 12 months
WARNINGS/INTERACTIONS: No known allergies - if you have a sensitivity to daisy plants you may have a sensitivity with dandelion if taking internally. Do not take within an hour of iron supplement if using the tincture version because of the rose
