Happy Ducts - Milk Supply is a fantastic addition to a mothers nursing journey. This is to support along aside of breastfeeding measure. It is so important when you are nursing to practice skin to skin, latch baby as much as possible and stay hydrated. However being that my third nursing journey is coming up as well I know how important it is at times to have some assistance - this is where happy ducts comes into play

The blend includes Organic Goats Rue, Organic Blessed Thistle & Organic Nettle Leaf in a vodka base.

HOW TO USE? Take 20 drops 2-3 times a day. I STRONGLY recommend to use water or juice or your favorite drink to drop the drops into as this is a vodka base.

SHELF LIFE: Tinctures have a 3 year shelf life. Stored in a cool/dark place.

WARNINGS/INTERACTIONS: Do not use in pregnancy as blessed thistle may be a uterine stimulant. If you have diabetes or low blood sugar it is advised for you to not partake in this tincture as the herb can potentially* lower blood sugar levels.

Goats Rue: stimulates the let down reflex that allows our bodies to know when it is time to feed. It is also often used to grow mammary tissue so this may benefit those who had breast surgery in the past as it can help develop breast tissue & increase supply. If you have PCOS it is also known extremely well to support mothers on their journey.

Blessed Thistle: this herb is commonly used as a galactagogue as it increases the flow of milk by increasing prolactin levels. In some instances a mom is able to produce but there is a lack of proper ejection that leads to jamming of the mammary glands so this may help unclog pores and allow for better let down and flow

Nettle leaf: Nettle leaf is a galactagogue - an herb that supports supply by providing essential nutrients. It has high levels of vitamins & minerals like iron, calcium, potassium, folic acid and B and K vitamins.
