The headache and migraine relief is a perfect roller to help with support relief! It consists of lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), sweet marjoram, fir needle (Abies sibirica), and peppermint (
Mentha x piperita). IF NURSING: spearmint will be used! (
Mentha spicata).

SHELF LIFE: 11 months years. You want to make sure you are storing your products correctly to achieve this shelf life. Please store in a cool/dark place and away from heat sources that can degrade the oil. The inhaler will last at least two months if you are storing it correctly (closing the cap tightly/storing in a cool and dark place) but will over the months loose its scent.

No allergy warnings known with the essential oils. IF YOU ARE NURSING, please let me know so I can make you the spearmint blend!
 
HOW TO USE
Roller:  roll to the palm of hands and cup over your nose [avoiding your eyes] and inhale deeply and slowly 5-6 times. Roll to the forehead and temples and down the back of your neck. For a headache/migraine a little application 2-3 times 5-10 minutes apart is more effective then one application and alot of essential oil applied.
 
Inhaler: Place the inhaler close (NOT INSIDE) to your nose, plug your other nostril and inhale deeply and slowly counting to 5, switch to other side. Repeat 2x. close cap TIGHTLY and store in a cool/dark place. Correct storage/use of the inhalers can last an upwards of a month to three months.
