Lights Out is formulated to help those who need help to relax before bedtime and ease into sleep. It's carefully blended with herbs of organic passionflower, organic skullcap and organic catnip in a vodka base (tincture). This tincture is a 1 ounce bottle.
How to use and shelf life?
Tincture Base: Adults you can take 20 drops 15 minutes before bedtime. Children can take 5-10 drops before bedtime I STRONGLY recommend to use water or juice or your favorite drink to drop the drops into. I recommend an age 4+ years old. Keep in mind this is a vodka base. It is a super small amount inside water or juice. Tinctures will keep many years if you keep it in a cool/dark place.
