This blend is amazing for any nausea, motion sickness and morning sickness! It includes essential oils of peppermint, ginger, lavender, tea tree and sweet orange. If there is a child under 5 or if you are nursing I will sub out peppermint for spearmint. The roller comes in a 10ml with fractionated coconut oil and the inhaler is one size.

SHELF LIFE: 11 months. You want to make sure you are storing your products correctly to achieve this shelf life. Please store in a cool/dark place and away from heat sources that can degrade the oil. The inhaler will last at least two months if you are storing it correctly (closing the cap tightly/storing in a cool and dark place) but will over the months loose its scent.

HOW TO USE
Roller: Apply to chest/dot under the nose and behind ears. Adults & older kids can roll to the palm of hands and cup over your nose [avoiding your eyes] and inhale deeply and slowly 5-6 times. For children, apply to their wrists and do this same method and instruct them to inhale deeply and slowly 5-6 times. To get the full benefits of this blend, you will need to be able to inhale the product (as with all essential oils).

Inhaler: For those who can properly follow the instructions on an inhaler (usually around 5-6 years old, depends on the child). Place the inhaler close (NOT INSIDE) to your nose, plug your other nostril and inhale deeply and slowly counting to 5, switch to other side. Repeat 2x. close cap TIGHTLY and store in a cool/dark place. Correct storage/use of the inhalers can last an upwards of a month to three months.
