It's carefully blended with herbs of organic raspberry leaf, organic nettle leaf, wildcrafted crampbark and organic organic motherwort in a vodka base. This tincture is a 1 ounce bottle.
HOW TO USE? Take immediately after birth 20 drops 3-5 times a day as needed. When on your cycle you can take 20-30 drops as pain comes up to 6 times a day.
Vodka base can be strong for some palettes. It is recommended to put the drops in a little bit of water/juice or any liquid to eliminate the taste.
SHELF LIFE: Tinctures have a 3 year shelf life. Stored in a coo/dark place.
