Zen is aimed to help assist hyperactivity, impulsiveness, and help quiet thinking. It's aimed to help with overall calm to help one focus on a task. It's carefully blended with herbs of organic chamomile, organic skullcap, organic passionflower & organic lemon balm in a vodka base (tincture) or a sweet vegetable glycerine (glycerine).
This tincture or glycerite is a 1 ounce bottle.
How to use and shelf life?
Tincture Base: Adults you can take 20 drops 1-3 times a day. Children can take 5-10 drops 1-3 times a day. I STRONGLY recommend to use water or juice or your favorite drink to drop the drops into. I recommend an age 4+ years old. Keep in mind this is a vodka base. It is a super small amount inside water or juice. Tinctures will keep many years if you keep it in a cool/dark place.
Glycerite: adults 20-30 drops under tongue and children 5-10 drops 1 to 3 times a day. shelf life is 12 months
WARNINGS/INTERACTIONS: Be aware if you have ragweed allergies (roman chamomile). Do not use while pregnant (passionflower). Okay when nursing
